But your physical health and mental mindset are much more important than any load of laundry, dishes in the sink or an extra task you’ve added to your already overflowing to do list.

I’ve been there.

I’ve eaten an entire box of oatmeal cream pies in one afternoon. I’ve worn the same black stretchy pants for days because I felt ugly and gross.

I’ve asked myself, “Why does it even matter?”
